Let's make sure you'll reconnect your credit card account successfully.
Once a credit card account is connected to QuickBooks, we can manually update or disconnecting and reconnect the bank only from the Banking page. The Connect bank option from the register is applicable for the Bank account type.
When your bank feed has stopped downloading your transactions, we can manually update it. This is to refresh the connectivity between your credit card account and QuickBooks. Here's how:
If the same thing happens, you can disconnect the account and reconnect it using the new bank information.
Once disconnected, here's how you can reconnect the account:
If you're asked to update your credit card information, you can do it by clicking the Edit ✎ icon in the tile for the credit card account from the Banking page. Then, select Edit sign-in info. and update your account info. Once done, hit Save and connect.
