Working on Enterprise for me. You have to update, close, reboot
we use enterprise too
you may have disconnect bank feeds and reestablish each of the accounts. and also make sure you manually do the update as it didnt happen automatically for me.
Hi netispguy!
Thank you SO much for your work on this insane issue and all of the updates you've given along the way. I fully understand your frustration and I want to commend you on your efforts. I have completed the update and everything has connected beautifully.
Again, thank you SO INCREDIBLY MUCH for all the time and energy you invested into this. You have made an impact in my life from afar. Thank you!!
Mine wouldn't until I closed QB, restarted my computer to ensure all background apps had stopped, and then did the update and it worked. I pray this is the same for you.
I am currently using Intuit QB Enterprise Solutions: Nonprofit 24.0 and the reset worked. BUT I had to close QB, restart my computer, and then the update would go through.
Reported this as well using your information provided in the bug report. QB Enterprise - no issues with any other cards we use on there. Out since 8/29
It is working now for me
Thanks to all you guys who stayed on top of this and pushed Quickbooks to finally corrects this error.
Life is good,
DJV
A little off topic but looks like this update may have caused other issues! Anyone else notice after doing the update that in reporting, when you change the date or any filters that the font shrinks on screen and printing?
Yes-same font problem that you have. Very disturbing
Please start a new thread for this topic. This discussion was with regards to Bank Feed and Citibank,

I am still having an issue and can not get my connection to work....
Likely you have tried this but undo your previous connection, update, shut down, restart. I had to fiddle around to get the 'right' citi cards in the box where it has suggested financial institutions. Finally picked the right one - can't remember which it was but just keep trying slightly different names. I hope that helps.
I noticed you've created a new thread regarding font size changes following the recent update, @jeremy77.

I tried all of those steps - and still does not work. I even got back on the chat with Intuit support - provided the investigation number as well as my case number. He responded saying it was still an issue they are working on. Grrrrr.
I can verify that things today are intermint
Last post was in error.. Mods, please remove.
I can verify that things today are intermittent. I tried to connect five times. I was successful three times and it failed twice...
So, things are still a bit unstable.

Everything worked for me this morning with no issues. All Citi feeds downloaded without errors.
-Scott
Still error message for me. Gave up yesterday and manually entered transactions so I could pay a bill, hopefully the rest of us will be able to connect soon
Same here. I have been dealing with this for weeks. Citi support has tried and given up. They say they are escalating but nothing changes. Intuit support tried and then told me to call Citi. Like other users, I've been using this for many years and all of my other bank feeds work fine. Please help.
@CWalters - Have you completely remove/disabled all Citibank feeds prior to trying. You will have to set them up again from scratch.
-Scott
@netispguy Yeah, I completely removed and updated QB as well - rebooted - did a voodoo dance lol. When I open bank feeds and go to select Citi Cards is when I get the OL error message. My Amex feeds work fine (and are the only ones still in my bank feeds)
maybe it is best to give the full details of how to fix the problem.
1. manually update qb so that you get the newest version if you haven't already taken this step.
2. if citicards still doesn't work; go into your chart of accounts;
locate the citicards/citybank online accounts;
disconnect bank feeds.
then re enable bank feeds.
this should clear the problem....if it doesn't... you will be back with qb support.
Still errors out. I should add that I'm running QB Enterprise Manufacturing 24 if that matters.
Correction - WORKS! I updated yesterday...and didn't work and Today went back in again to manually update and after the update it's now functioning. If anyone is still struggling, try going to the help>Update Quickbooks Desktop and update again... Thanks for the incentive to try again...
Same for me - Working on Enterprise for me. You have to update, close, reboot
