There are several reasons why you're unable to add or connect your bank for several reasons. This usually happens if your bank has multiple names on our list. You'll have to make sure to select the correct listing or try all possible links and search by banking sign-in URL to check if you're using the accurate listing.
Another reason is that your bank doesn't connect to all types of accounts, that's why you're having connectivity issues. Lastly, your bank is not participating financial institution.
However, if you've already tried all the options matching your bank's name and you still can't connect, or if your bank doesn't appear, request support from your bank. Here's how:

I already pay for quick books. I'm not looking to pay for something else as well just so I can send a customer an invoice.

Upon checking my resources, the Fort Financial Credit Union isn't available as our partner bank. However, we can request your bank support.
