To delete the bank accounts that are linked to your QuickBooks checking account, I recommend contacting our QuickBooks Online Merchant Services support so they can view the added accounts on your QuickBooks Checking. They have the tool to unlink those that are no longer needed.
Here's how to reach them:
- Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
- Select Help (?) at the top right.
- Then, type Contact Us.
- Enter your concern, then select Let's Talk.
- Choose a way to connect with us:
- Ask the community to get help from businesses like yours.
- Start a chat with a support expert.
