Our record shows that your financial institution is blocking our access. We have already contacted them but cannot provide a timeline of when this will be resolved. We're waiting for their response.
In the meantime, you can download your transactions from your bank's website to a supported web connect file format. Then, upload them to the Banking page. Here's an article with a video clip for your reference: Manually upload transactions into QuickBooks Online.
