Buy nowHi,
We have a linked Chase Credit Card account. The account has two users but our QBO is only pulling the transactions for one user, but it's pulling the balance for the entire account. When I try to link an account, I'm not able to add the additional user to the existing account. Is there a way to do this?
Thanks,
Jason
It's good to see you here in the Community, Jason.
It seems that you're trying to add another user to your Chase credit card account. I'd like to redirect you to the bank support team to address this concern.
While there isn't a way to do this in QuickBooks, I recommend contacting your bank support team. This way, they can provide further information and help you add another user to your bank account.
You may want to reconcile your bank account in QuickBooks Online. This will help make sure your QuickBooks transaction matches your bank statement.
Come back to this post if you have other concerns with QuickBooks or follow-up questions. I'll be around to help.
Hi Mark,
Thanks for the reply. I’m not trying to add another user to my bank account. My bank account already has two users; however, QBO is only pulling the transaction data for only one of the users. I’m trying to get it to pull the data for both accounts. Could you please advise on how I can do this?
Thanks,
Jason
