I appreciate you for contacting our phone agents.
Hold payments happen when our Team finds issues upon reviewing the transactions. If there are issues, you'll get an email notification about them. From there, you can follow the actions or resolution provided. Once everything is set, we can usually complete our review within 2 business days to finish the process.
If the funds are still on hold for a while, I recommend connecting with our Support Team for further assistance. They have extra tools to pull up your account securely and check the possible reasons for the funds being withheld. For the support's contact information, you can open this link: QuickBooks Online with Payments & Merchant Service Center Support.

Please let me know how else I can help you with your payments and other transactions. I'm always here to help. Have a good one!
This is our QuickBooks checking account! Not a payment. QuickBooks froze our checking account. QuickBooks emailed us last fall to offer us a checking account and said that we would get our payments quicker if we elected to open an account with them. So we opened up account, and after nine transactions, including a large deposit for us, QuickBooks decided to freeze our checking account. Now we cannot access our funds and pay our vendors. We feel tricked!
