Thanks for taking the time to provide a screenshot of the prompt message you encountered, Nitsu. Let's work together to address this System.AccessViolationException error and get you back on track.

The error prompt you encountered typically occurs when the program tries to read or write a memory location that it doesn't have permission to access or when there are user permission restrictions. To resolve this and continue working in your Bank Feeds Center, follow these solutions:

Solution 1: Make sure you have appropriate user permissions to C:\ProgramData

  1. Find and open your QuickBooks folder in C:\ProgramData. Note that XX stands for your QuickBooks version. Example: Pro 2018 = 18 or Enterprise 19.0 = 19.
    • Pro, Premier, or Accountant: C:\ProgramData\Intuit\QuickBooks 20XX\components\olb\branding\filist\
    • Enterprise: C:\ProgramData\Intuit\QuickBooks Enterprise Solutions XX.0\components\olb\branding\filist\
  2. Find and double-click on the fiblueprint.xml file.
  3. If the file opens, close it and restart QuickBooks. Retry working on your bank feeds.
  4. If you can’t, you need to grant full access to your profile. To do this:

                 a.   Right-click anywhere in the folder and select
Properties.

                 b.   Go to the Security tab, then select Edit.

                 c.   In theGroup or user namessection, select Everyone.

                 d.   In thePermissions for Everyonesection, select Full control.

                 e.   Close the Edit and Properties windows.

                 f.   Restart your computer, then open QuickBooks. Retry working on your bank feeds.

I appreciate what you've done, @nitsujayyy. I have other resolution steps you can perform to fix the error you encounter when adding transactions to reconcile.

Since you've done with the Solution 1 and still get the same error, we can proceed with Solution 2 which is fixing  Microsoft .NET Framework, MSXML, and C++ by downloading and running the QuickBooks Install Diagnostic Tool to automatically diagnose and fix the damaged of your Microsoft components.

If the issue persist let's continue with the Solution 3 which is you completely uninstall QuickBooks and the clean install process. This way, it replaces your QuickBooks Desktop software and its installation file to fix different issues including bank feed errors. Rest assured that it won't affect your company file and everything linked to it.

To learn more about the process, you can check out this article: Fix System Exception errors.

Additionally, if those process above doesn't work out, I recommend reaching out to our Technical Support Team. That way, they can get a closer look into your account in a secure space and assist you further in fixing the error.
