What transactions period is possible to download from Home Depot Credit Card?

Let me share what I understand and know about this matter, @Anita46.

 

Some banks let you download the last 90 days of transactions, while others can go back as far as 24 months. However, I recommend contacting your bank to know how many days worth of transactions you can possibly download.

 

I recognize for the inconvenience caused by the inability to establish a connection with your credit card. May I ask what's the name of your Financial Institution? Sometimes, certain bank errors can block QuickBooks from connecting your accounts.

 

Here are the following scenarios of why you're unable to connect Keybank small business:

 

  • It's possible that the bank is not a participating bank.
  • Your bank may not support all account types, such as personal and business.
  • The bank is having system maintenance.
  • Some banks have multiple names on our list. You might want to check and select the correct one or try all possible bank URLs.

 

To verify, reach out to your bank and check for any maintenance updates. You can also ask for a request to establish a connection with QuickBooks. If everything is good from your bank's end, make sure to select the correct FI name when connecting the account.

 

You may also perform some basic troubleshooting steps to isolate the issue. At times, the accumulated cache in your browser causes sync and connection issues between your bank's website and QuickBooks. Start by accessing your QBO account in a private or incognito window. Please refer to the shortcut keys I've listed below:

 

  • Ctrl Shift for Google Chrome
  • Ctrl Shift for Firefox & Microsoft Edge
  • Command Shift for Safari

 

Once you're in, head to the Banking or Transactions menu again. If you're able to connect without any issues, go back to your regular browser and then clear its cache and cookies to start over fresh. If you're still getting the same result, switch to other supported browsers.
