Good evening,
I have done this dozens of times. As my posts mentions, “when I update my bank”…
Are there alternative solutions? I read through other threads with the QuickBooks team suggesting the same response to the same questions.
If the only option is to import manually, I might as well use Google sheets and cancel QB…
Best regards,

Hi there, @trevon. I've come to help you ensure QuickBooks Online (QBO) will download your bank's latest transactions.
Before performing troubleshooting steps, may I know the specific bank you're having trouble with? This way, I can check if there's a connection issue between your bank and QBO.
I also suggest reaching out to your bank to verify if there's any maintenance issue that might cause connection problems between the programs.
If verified that everything is fine on your bank's end and still can't see the latest transaction, you can also check your Banking menu. Transactions might be stuck somewhere on the banking page. For your reference about the process, please see this article: What to do if you can’t find downloaded transactions in QuickBooks Online.
However, if you still experience the same thing, I'd recommend getting in touch with our Customer Care Team to further investigate what is causing transactions not to appear on the For Review tab.
Also, regularly reviewing your accounts is a good practice to make sure the amounts in your QBO company match your real-life bank and credit card statements.
Please leave a reply below for any additional details you may add. I'll be right here to help you once more. Have a good day.
Utilize MT Online as a workaround. It is designed to import into any bank or credit card in QuickBooks Online, so there is no specific setting needed.
