If you're using online banking, know you'll want to want the downloaded transactions to exist and avoid adding them to the account. This way, you can link both transactions and avoid causing duplicates.
However, if you accidentally downloaded transactions twice, you can exclude them from your Banking page to remove duplicates. We'll write down the steps below to get you going:
- Access your QuickBooks Online company.
- Go to Transactions Tab, and then select Bank transactions.
- Select the For Review tab.
- Click the checkbox of the transactions to exclude.
- Select Exclude.
