You can locate these transactions by ensuring that the filters are not set to a custom date, but instead are set to All, @xvixen76x. Please note that some banks let you download the last 90 days of transactions, while others can go back as far as 24 months. This could also be a reason why the transactions are missing.
Before we proceed, could you please confirm the name of your bank or the specific account you're having issues with? This information will help us determine if there are any known problems with your bank provider.
First, we can check if the date range filter includes August–December 2024. If you're using QuickBooks Online (QBO), you can navigate the Transactions menu and then go to the Bank transactions tab to set the date field to All dates and set to All transactions.

For QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE), please go to Transactions and set the following filters to All, such as Type, Account, and Date.

If the transactions are still missing, you can download transactions manually from your bank that covers the August through December worth of entries. Then, import them to QuickBooks by following the steps relevant to one of these articles based on your product:
