When started quickbooks and added bank accounts its not loading the whole year of bank account thanks

Hello there, @userwhitebirdcreekbo.

I have some information regarding how QuickBooks downloads your transactions after you connect to Bank Feeds.

The first time you connect, QuickBooks automatically downloads the maximum number of transactions available from your bank. Most banks may only download the previous 90 days' worth of transactions depending on their capabilities.

If you're unable to download all of your bank transactions, you can still manually add them to the program. Here's how:

First, Sign in to your bank or credit card's website and follow your bank's instructions for how to download CSV files transactions to your computer. Every financial institution has different steps. Here are steps for Bank of AmericaChase, and Wells Fargo.

Make sure to save the file somewhere you can easily find it, like your computer's desktop. Then, follow these steps to import them into QuickBooks.

  1. Go to the Banking menu or Transactions menu, then select the Banking tab.
  2. Click the blue tile for the account you want to upload the transactions into.
  3. Select the Update drop-down list and click File upload.
  4. From the Upload page, click Browse and select the file you downloaded from your bank, then click Next.
  5. In the QuickBooks account drop-down list, select the account you want to upload the transactions into and click Next.
  6. Follow the onscreen steps to match the columns on the file with the correct fields in QuickBooks and continue by clicking Next.
  7. When you're ready, select Let's go.

Please also take note that it should be in the correct format before you upload it.

Once your transactions are in QuickBooks, it's time to match and categorize them. The transactions go into your accounts after you review them.
