Hi @info76,
That number you're seeing on your Dashboard means you have 37 transactions to be reviewed and haven't been added nor matched in QuickBooks Online (QBO) yet.
Just click on it to begin adding them to QBO or matching them to your existing transactions.
I suggest reading this article to learn and do more of your banking transactions:

So I reviewed my bankng items and they are all cleared, why does the quickbooks still show items for review? How do you clear the items?
Thanks for joining the thread, LBK2.
The transactions under For Review tab are those transactions not yet reviewed to be part in your QuickBooks account.
In your case, the transactions may still show if these were re-downloaded in QuickBooks. And that is why you're seeing them back in your bank feeds.
You can exclude the transactions to clear this up, here's how:

Hi,
In the Review section of my Bank I clicked Add for approximately 40 transactions after reviewing and correctly categorizing them. Approximately 30 minutes later I found that some of the transactions for which I clicked Add have been re-listed in the Review section. Did QBO just download these transactions again? Is there a common mistake I could have made in the process of clicking Add?
Thank you!
When I click on for review nothing happens? What am I doing wrong?
A browser-related issue might have caused the unusual response, Arlene10.
There are times that the browser is full of frequently accessed pages, causing some unexpected behavior. Let's isolate this by logging into your QuickBooks Online account using a private browser. You may use one of these keyboard shortcuts to open one:
Then, try to go to the Banking page and categorize your transactions. If it works, switch back to your main browser and clear the cache. Clearing it will refresh the system, and you'll be able to work seamlessly. However, if the issue persists, try using other supported browsers.
I'm just here if there's anything else. You take care and have a great day!
Hi,
I have 7 items listed on my "For Review" tab, but nothing listed underneath for me to review. In other words, my tab states "For Review (7)", but when you click on the tab to list the items, no transactions are listed/found. How do I find these transactions? I have attached a screenshot for your info.
Thanks for joining us here, SFC_DB.
I understand that you need to categorize the downloaded transactions in QuickBooks Online. If there is a number showing next to For Review, that means there are still transactions that aren't reviewed and haven't been added nor matched.
It's possible that you're unable to see them due to browser issues. For us to fix this, you'll want to perform the troubleshooting shared above by Catherine_B.
I've added these links for more details to know what to do with your downloaded transactions and the reconciliation process:

Thanks Alex. Problem solved.
