I currently do not have a business account. The only one I have is Quick Books. Is there another way for me to deposit? Am I able to deposit the check through an All Points ATM or a Green Dot ATM?
Hello there, @sunnyvoltssolars. I'm here to answer your follow-up questions.
To deposit your physical check, I recommend contacting your bank directly to explore the available options, your bank will be able to provide you with specific instructions on how to deposit the check and any requirements they may have.
On the other hand, the option to deposit a physical check through an All Points ATM or a Green Dot ATM is unavailable. These ATMs are primarily designed for cash withdrawals and purchasing transactions, rather than check deposits.
I'd recommend reconciling your QuickBooks accounts every month. This will help you manage your income and expenses and detect any possible errors accordingly. For the step-by-step guide, you can refer to this article: Reconcile an account in QuickBooks Online.
I'm happy to share this article for future reference to learn how to use your QuickBooks Checking debit card to withdraw and make purchases: Use the QuickBooks debit card to get your cash.
