Where can I find explanation for charges from Intuit?

Hello there, CliffordSR.

I know that every penny is essential when running a business. I’m here to help make sure you can identify what is the $192.00 charge on your credit card.

Intuit account-related concerns require us to collate important data to pull up billing. Since the security of your account comes first, I recommend contacting our QuickBooks Online (QBO) Care Team. They can review your subscription in a safe environment and explain in detail the charges.

To reach them:

  1. In your company, press the Help icon at the top to open the QB Assistant window.
  2. In the Assistant tab, scroll down to the Type something field to enter the issue. For example, charge or fee inquiry.
  3. Click the Get help from a human link and follow the on-screen steps to complete the process.
  4. In How would you like to connect with us? section, pick Chat for real-time assistance or Callback to speak with an agent.

For future reference, the following article contains detailed instructions on how to get more details about Intuit charges to your credit card or bank account: Understand Intuit charges on your credit card or bank statement. It also provides an overview of QuickBooks Payments fees  and ways to find the charge in your billing history.

Drop a comment below if you still have additional questions about charges and fees. I’ll be glad to answer them for you. Have a great rest of your day.
