Will guide you in locating your Year-to-date earnings in QuickBooks Online (QBO), Circlehext.

If you're an employee, you can log into QuickBooks Workforce to review your year-to-date (YTD) earnings on your pay stub. If you don't have access to Workforce, reach out to your employer to request an invitation.

On the other hand, if you're an employer, you can easily run the Payroll Summary by Employee report to obtain this information. Here's how:

  1. Log in to your QBO company.
  2. Go to the Reports menu.
  3. Scroll down to the Payroll section, then select Payroll Summary by Employee.
  4. Set a date range, then select Apply.
  5. If you want to include or hide a specific detail in this report, select Customize then Run report.

To learn more, refer to this article that explains how to swiftly access your payroll totals, which encompass employee taxes and contributions.
