Where It says my deposit is on hold and to contact resolution center but the resolution center says I'm good. Where is my deposit then?

Qb says they need more information about the deposit but don't give me a place to give more information. My company is on the line because of them holding my money that does not belong to them.

If the transactions are being reviewed, it can take time until your account receives online consumer payments. This is done to assure accuracy and safeguard the interests of all parties concerned with the payment process.

 

If the payments take longer than usual, they may not be on hold. It may take longer in the first few transactions if it is your first time in QuickBooks Payments. This is to set everything up in your account.

I am having exact same problem. Clients want to know where their money is and I can’t tell them. This is crazy. Destroying my business as we speak. Escalation means nothing. Still 2 day turn around to get emailed more absurd questions with another 2 days added. I could answer all these in minutes with someone on the phone or even in a chat. This can’t be legal. They should have never accepted the deposits if there was an issue
