Why aren't transaction showing up in the "Find Match". I have checked all of the normal issues as I found in similar questions.

There are a few reasons why you're unable to match transactions in QuickBooks Online (QBO), Bailybeckett.

 

When you click the Find Match option in QBO, certain transactions don't appear:

 

  • The amount differs due to fees or discounts.
  • You need to match multiple payments deposited as a group.
  • The record has happened more than 90 calendar days before or 20 calendar days after the transaction date.
  • The record has been reconciled. If that happens, you should exclude it since it can't be matched.
