If it's your first time processing a payment, we'll normally deposit the funds within 5 business days. The lead time may take a little longer since we're still setting up your account. Rest assured, we will deposit the payments much faster once the process is completed. Moreover, a payment hold may happen if something unexpected happens in your transaction. This is to protect the interests of all parties involved in the payment process. Please refer to your merchant service agreement for more information. That said, if you see the word Withheld in the Method column when reviewing them in the Merchant Service Center, please check your email and read it carefully. It'll give you specific steps on how to get it sorted out.
On the other hand, if you haven't received any emails, I recommend getting in touch with our Payments Support Team. They have all the tools to pull up your account in a safe session and review the transaction.
