Consider me a detective on the case of those missing transactions, @marvysgardens.
To clarify, where exactly are you viewing these transactions that some appear missing? The steps for troubleshooting these missing items will vary based on the location they're missing from. I'll detail some instructions for handling common scenarios below:
Receiving blank screens or errors on transaction lists
Sites like QuickBooks Online store cached files in your browser to keep you from having to load repetitive information or images each time you access it. These files can often become corrupted or outdated, leading to visual or data errors like the one you're seeing. You'll find the instructions for clearing these local files in every supported browser from the list here:
Transactions missing from a Bank Feed
Whenever QBO is configured to download bank transactions automatically, it's not uncommon for momentary server issues to drop a few transactions. These items can be imported manually with the following steps:
This allows you to download whichever transactions are missing directly into the Bank Feed for classifying and adding. Check out our guide on the WebConnect process for additional information.
Not all of my transactions are appearing in an Account Register
There may be a filter still applied that's hiding other items, clear it with these instructions:
Here's a brief video example in which I clear a filter to show all transactions:

I do not see any transactions "For Review" on one bank account. They were there, I think but could be wrong. It is a Stripe Account and while the entries are downloaded it does not appear in the Banking tab, if that makes sense. I will say I've had intermittent trouble with this account. I just had to JE entries from 10/23 - 10/31. Any help appreciated
Hello there, @valerieray.
I appreciate the information you've provided, this will help me identify what should be done to fix this.
The first step you can perform is to click on the Update button on the Banking page. Then, check if the updated bank transactions are there. If it's not working, I'd suggest contacting our Customer Care Team. They have the tools to check further what has caused this issue and help you get to the bottom of this.
While waiting for the fix, you may consider downloading the transactions directly from your bank's website using .CSV file and then upload it to the Stripe account in your QuickBooks Online Banking page. This is how it looks like when uploading your bank transactions to QuickBooks Online.

My banking transactions are only going back 2 months into 2020, I'm missing 10 months worth of transactions. It seems like they didn't link from my bank account? How can I fix this? Thanks
Hello, Ingrid.
I have a bunch of fixes to help you bring in your bank transactions into QuickBooks Online.
Certain banks can only let you download transactions within the last 90 days. It seems that your bank allows you to go beyond that. In this case, there might be a connection delay that prevents your transactions from downloading into QuickBooks.
You'll want to go to the Banking page, then click the Update button to refresh the connection. Do this at least three to five times to ensure all of the transactions come through.
Another thing to look out for is when your bank has a maintenance update or if there are important notifications from your account. They can prevent your transactions from downloading into QuickBooks. Contact your bank to see if this is the case.
Alternatively, you can manually upload the missing transactions using an Excel file. This article can help you with the steps: Manually upload transactions into QuickBooks Online.
After bringing in your transactions, you can start categorizing them for your books. If you're ready to reconcile your bank statement, feel free to use this article for a guide: Reconcile an account in QuickBooks Online.
If there's anything else I can do for your bank transactions, please let me know. Do you have other questions about other functions and features in QuickBooks? Add them to your reply and I'll help you out.
