What we are trying to communicate is that every option that Quickbooks reps give, DOES NOT provide the help we are seeking. It's quite simple actually. We just want to connect our AMEX Business Checkings ACCOUNT, not the CREDIT CARD only.

I've been having this QBO/AMEX Business Checking integration issue for a year now. Every month I have to manually upload data into QBO. Why am I paying QBO to do it myself? Is it possible that QBO has rolled out their own online banking to compete with AMEX Business Checking? When will this be resolved?

Please know that if you’re a Delegate user and Non-Account Holder authorized to link the accounts in Intuit products, you have to choose the American Express (Delegate) provider. If you’ve already connected to a different Amex provider, disconnect the accounts and then connect to the American Express (Delegate) provider to ensure continued bank feed service.
