Won't let me switch my instant deposit back to my quickbooks checking account. Everytime I click it then submit the 6 digit, next screen says oops something went wrong.

I've tried for 4 days now and keeps doing it.

Hello there, tearance. Let me provide information regarding instant deposit and route you to our designated support.

Before anything else, let me provide information regarding instant deposit. It's an additional service in QuickBooks Payments. Your account must be active and in good standing to be eligible. You'll need to set up your debit card or bank account where you want to get an instant deposit.

For more information, refer to this article: Get instant deposits in QuickBooks Online.

Meanwhile, I recommend contacting our payment support to check the error message you've encountered and if your bank account is eligible. This team is specially trained to handle payments-related inquiries and can provide guidance, information, and support.

If you have a QuickBooks debit card, you can contact our payment support team by dialing the contact number on the back of your debit card. Once connected, you can speak with a representative who will assist you in resolving your concern.

Moreover, to review instant deposit transfers, you can visit this article: Transfer funds instantly with QuickBooks Checking.

Click the reply button below if you need further clarification regarding instant deposit. I'm always here to help.

Thanks for joining this thread, jperry-bestedbus.

With QuickBooks Payments, regular deposits don't have any deposit fees. If you're using instant and/or scheduled deposits, you can review Intuit's current deposit fees in our Get instant deposits article.

I've also included a detailed resource about working with QuickBooks Payments which may come in handy moving forward: Common questions about deposits

If there's any additional questions, I'm just a post away. Have a wonderful Wednesday!
