Since you can copy and paste some transactions, you can also copy and paste the details of the license. If you have added the license as a service or non-inventory, you can it to the invoice with the fixed cost.

Then for the invoice, you can still create recurring invoices with the non-inventory items.
Here's how:
- Go to Settings ⚙.
- In the Lists column, select Recurring transactions.
- Click New.
- Select the type of transaction to create, and then select OK.
- Enter a Template name.
- Choose a Type: Scheduled, Reminder, or Unscheduled.
