I looking into upgrading to QBO Advanced so i can use the workflows feature.
I have a lot of recurring invoicing that i have set up but i spend a lot of time sending out billing reminders.
I want to be able to setup workflows to send out specific email reminders based on the product in the invoice.
Changing the reminder time like only sending a reminder 5 days before due on a certain product would be great.
But i also want to send a specific email message for that particular product.
Im in IT so if the customer is renewing Antivirus i want to tell them in the message body that the invoice is for Antivirus and if there is another customer who is renewing a Backup Solution license i would want that invoice reminder to say something different related to the backup.
Does workflow make this possible?

I can see how beneficial this could be for you and your business. However, this isn't a direct feature in QuickBooks Online Advanced.

Currently, QuickBooks Online Advanced doesn't have specific functionality that allows you to create workflows with conditions that are based on the product listed in the invoice. Thanks for responding, this didn't answer my specific concern of wanting to create workflows with conditions that are based on the product listed in the invoice. I gave an example of wanting to send a specific message to a client buying product 1 and a different message to a client buying product 2. is that possible with workflows? I'm looking for an answer from a user or some one that can confirm on this specifically, I've read the articles by QB, if they answered my question i wouldn't be asking here.
