I have the Quickbooks app for Shopify and I see orders appearing in Quickbooks commerce - Sales.
However I don't see them under sales - orders in Quickbooks, where I can create invoices etc. Can anyone advise on what I should do?

To verify my understanding, which app from our app store are you using to connect your Shopify account with QuickBooks?
I ask because there's a few different ones available and each app can function differently.
There's two Shopify-related apps created by Intuit which are available in our QuickBooks App Store:
Once I know which app you're using, I'll be able to do further research into why your Shopify sales aren't showing up on the Sales screen in QuickBooks.

Since you're already using our Shopify Connector by QuickBooks app, you'll want to install the Shopify Connector by Intuit one next.
Here's how:
After doing this, the Shopify account should now be connected and authorized with your QuickBooks Connector.

I appreciate you for performing the steps provided by my colleague to install the Shopify Connector by Intuit.
The app only supports stores with a business address set in specific countries, as listed in the message that appeared on your end. Since you're using QBO US, you might want to consider alternative solutions. You can browse the QuickBooks App Store for an application that best suits your needs.
