Custom Form Styles

The Custom Form Style can be found in the Your Company list on your QuickBooks Online (QBO) Plus, Noopurdev. Let me help you navigate this feature and perform troubleshooting steps if it isn't visible on your end.

Firstly, you can access the feature by clicking on the Gear Icon at the top right corner of your QBO Plus account. If it isn't there, you can also click on All Lists under the List column, where you'll find a list of features. Below, I have provided some visual references for you to check and compare on your end:

  • In the Gear Icon

  • In All Lists option

Furthermore, if the Custom Form Style isn't visible on those pages, let's execute the troubleshooting steps to ensure this isn't a browser-related problem. Start by logging into your QBO Plus account using a private or incognito browser. Alternatively, you can also utilize other web browsers supported by QuickBooks. Here's a list of keyboard shortcuts you can use:

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Safari 11 or newer: ⌘ + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + N

From there, sign into your QBO account and look for the Custom Form Style feature on the location I just mentioned. If it's already visible, return to your default browser and clear its cache. Cleaning the cache removes browser cookies that block web pages from loading seamlessly.

For more information on personalizing your QBO sales form, refer to this article: Customize invoices, estimates, and sales receipts in QuickBooks Online.

Additionally, this material can serve as a helpful guideline for organizing your QBO transactions: Categorize online bank transactions in QuickBooks Online.

Return to this thread if you need more help locating the Custom Form Style feature in your QBO Plus account. I'll be sure to help you out with any assistance you need.
