Hi, I'm using a Quickbooks desktop enterprise solutions 24.0 version.
At some point, when I tried to access an assisted payroll or view/print the payroll form, the pop-up screen started to pop up and stay on the white screen.
They didn't solve my problem even though I was helped by remote, do any of the users have the same problem as me or have solved it?
