Hi,
We are exploring e-invoicing and if we can set it up in Quickbooks online?
Our company is based in the US, Florida, and we provide IT services and sell solftware licenses to the US companies as well as international ones.
We were also wondering what our US based customers need to have to be able to accept e-invoices from our company. Thank you
Solved! Go to Solution.
You will need QB Online + Subscription Management app. You will manage your operational and accept payments from your clients with that 3rd party app. You can't use QB Payment to accept international payments.
Let me help you set up an e-invoice in QuickBooks Online (QBO), ABHandshake.
With e-invoicing, your customers can pay their invoices online if you have QuickBooks Payments. To learn more on how to connect an existing Payments account to QBO so customers can pay for their invoices online, check out this article: Connect your QuickBooks Payments account to QuickBooks Online. Once done, here's to create invoices and send them to your customers:
Then they can pay their invoices directly by credit card, PayPal, Venmo, or ACH transfer. We process and handle everything for you. When you get paid, QuickBooks puts transactions into the correct accounts. You can check out this article for more details about creating and sending invoices: Create invoices in QuickBooks Online.
Also, did you know you can split an estimate into as many invoices as you need in QuickBooks? I have a link here you can check out for more information about the feature: Set up and send progress invoices in QuickBooks Online. When you want to make eye-catching sales forms, I'll drop an article for it: Customize invoices, estimates, and sales receipts in QuickBooks Online.
If you ever come across any more concerns or ideas regarding invoices, you're always welcome to reach out. I'm here to help you and address any questions you may have.

Subscription Management app - Could you please advise how to install this app, and how much this app costs?
Also, is there any demo version or a description on how this app works?
Thank you

It starts from $39 per month, If you want to offer the trial plan to your customers, you should consider $79 per month plan.
