Is it possible to move all of the company information on the modern estimate form up so there is more room for line items? Tabs or stops are there but do not move.

I just migrated to QB online and my old desktop version had plenty of room for many line items and I could fit them on one page. I need to use the "modern" version because I am able to remove all tax lines from the form as I do not use or need them.

Congratulations on your successful migration to QuickBooks Online (QBO), Leslie.

If you'd like to update the name, address and other company information displayed on your estimate, you can easily do this in the Company info section. Any changes you make there will automatically reflect on your sales form.

To update the data, follow the steps below:

  1. Go to the Gear icon and select Account and settings.
  2. In the Company tab, click Edit to make any changes.

  3. Click Save and Done.

Also, If you want to add multiple line items on the form, you can click the six-dot column before the line number to move to the next line instead of using the Tab key. I've added a screenshot for your visual reference:

Lastly, while the ability to remove the Tax column is unavailable, there are other details you can customize to appear on your estimate. You can click the Manage icon and select Customize. I've attached this for you:
