Congratulations on your successful migration to QuickBooks Online (QBO), Leslie.
If you'd like to update the name, address and other company information displayed on your estimate, you can easily do this in the Company info section. Any changes you make there will automatically reflect on your sales form.
To update the data, follow the steps below:
- Go to the Gear icon and select Account and settings.
- In the Company tab, click Edit to make any changes.

- Click Save and Done.

Also, If you want to add multiple line items on the form, you can click the six-dot column before the line number to move to the next line instead of using the Tab key. I've added a screenshot for your visual reference:

Lastly, while the ability to remove the Tax column is unavailable, there are other details you can customize to appear on your estimate. You can click the Manage icon and select Customize. I've attached this for you:
