So this is not face to face thing we have to text chat back and forth?
I have Quickbooks Desktop and I have been trying to get into any contact on your end for user support that isn't a URL or AI generated. I keep getting told I have an account manager but you guys just fizzle out and leave me hanging before handing me to anyone that is even vaguely connected to the product we are paying you for which comes with support in the pricing.
Where can I get human support for your product?
I have Quickbooks Desktop and I have been trying to get support for your product that isn't an unrelated URL link or AI generated for over 3 months now. Whenever I actually speak to a human they tell me I should have an account manager because they confirm that support is part of the pricing package we pay for your product but then they will ghost me before handing me off to anyone who can help.
