To answer your question, @cladisg. It's not true. Intuit Assist is already available in QuickBooks Advance to automate tasks. However, this is available to a select group of customers. I'll discuss more information below.
Intuit Assist is currently in beta and available to a select group of customers. As of now, it's not rolled out to all existing QuickBooks Online Advance users.
As an alternative, I recommend submitting feedback to request to apply it to your account. I'll guide you on how:
- On the upper right corner, navigate to the Gear icon.
- Under Profile choose Feedback.
- Enter your comments, then select Next to submit feedback.
