I am trying to set up warehouse app to work with my barcode scanner. I have the app downloaded and I can see the pick sheet on my screen. When I try to scan it does not do anything. Is there a text box or somewhere I am supposed to scan into? It doesn't seem to have a field to scan into on my screen?

I would recommend to use a 3d party inventory management app with the barcoding feature to integrate with QB.

I would really prefer to stay just with QuickBooks if possible. I am just trying to understand how the scanning is supposed to work if there is no text field to scan into? Does it only show up once you are on a supported barcode scanner, or does it work somehow without having a place for the scanner to pull the barcode into. Is there anyone that has a supported barcode scanner and did get this to work?

We have exactly the same problem, purchased a Zebra T21 scanner and set it up according to Intuits instructions! Connection to Desktop and everything else works buy scanning a barcode from an item will not register in the pick list.
Does everyone else having the same problem and when yes a possible solution to this?
