Hi Vicki, I want to put Desktop 2021 on my new computer. It downloads but will not completely install. I have Windows 11. Support said it will no longer install . Is this correct? Thanks, Kevin

We want to switch from QuickBooks desktop (Premier nonprofit 2017) to online, pretty soon. Can you step us through the process and timeline. Include things we would need to do before we make the switch.
Thank You

@JH1980 Hi, I see you! How can I help?

Am I doing something wrong? I have no responses to my questions except the one from the moderator.
@JH1980 Of course, I am happy to help. There can be lots of variables that come into play when moving your DT file to QBO. We woudl want op make sure your file is in good shape and check some technical things under the hood! We can then decide on the appropriate version for you to migrate to, depending on the fundctionality your organization needs. We would dicuss your desired time line and migrate your data for you, at no charge. The timeline fo rthatcna depend on the amount of data to transfer. Many customers run Desktop and QBO concurrently for a week or two during the initial adjustment period, which can be diferent for every business.
Thank you.
How do we start this process? Should I be calling Sales?
@JH1980 I thihk the first thing when considering moving to QBO, is to have a detailed conversation on how you use QUickBooks now and what your needs are in the future are key. We would need to discuss timeline, many non profits run a different fiscal year than the calendar year, but we also move QBDT files every single day of the year for organizations of all sizes. You may not want to share details here, but I am happy to work offline with you to make sure you have all the details. I would love to explore more about your specific needs and goals for your organization!
That sounds good. How do we set that up?
@JH1980 This article s something I recommend reading as well https://quickbooks.intuit.com/learn-support/articles/getting-the-most-out-of-quickbooks/quick-start-... Also, is Is the @uplnj.org email used in your Community account good to reach you?
