How do I convert the time entries on a project to an invoice? I am on QB Online Plus. I have the project and time sheet entries created, but cannot get them to invoice

To convert the time entries on your project into an invoice in QuickBooks Online (QBO), you’ll first need to ensure the time entries are marked as billable. Once they are, you can move forward with invoicing them.

Here's how:

1. Navigate to the All apps menu.
2. Select Projects and go to the Time Activity section.
   
   
3. From there, click on the time entries you've created.
4. In the time entry window, ensure that you tick the Billable box.
   
   
5. Once done, click Save.

After making the time entries billable, you can now convert them into an invoice. Here's how:

1. On the Projects window.
2. Check the boxes to the left of the time entries you want to convert to an invoice.
3. Click on the Add to project dropdown and select Invoice.
   
   
4. You’ll now see the selected time entries displayed as Billable time on the right side of the invoice creation screen.
5. Click on the Add button for the time entries you want to include in the invoice.
   
   
6. Once done, click Save.
