I am trying to import QBO file I downloaded from by bank. I go to File>Utilities>Import>Web Connect Files> then I select the specific QBO file. I do not see any error message coming but the transactions are not getting imported. How can this be fixed? It used to work well before.

There is a different way of importing your data aside from going through your File menu. Since you’ve already downloaded the files from your bank, let’s try to import them using the Banking page.

Once done, you can pull-up the Profit and Loss reports from both QuickBooks versions (QBDT and QBO). Let’s compare them to determine if the data match.
