Where do the files get stored? I was told today they don’t actually get online they are just on my computer. Is this true? When you go to restore there is an online option and then data protect comes up. I can’t restore a file that it shows it saved because they say it’s not on my computer. There is no error it acts like it has restored it but nothing has happens. I have been on the phone for over 14hrs trying to fix this over the last week.
