Buy nowI have a dymo printer 550 and it works great to use to print from Quick Books. However, its not wanting to print the way the label is set up. Is there anyway i can change those settings?
Hello,
First, check the printer settings in QuickBooks by going to File -> Printer Setup and selecting the label type you're using. Make sure the paper size and layout match your label dimensions.
If the issue persists, adjust the settings in the Dymo Label Software by selecting the correct label size and ensuring the scaling is set to 100%.
You can also try printing a test label directly from the Dymo software to confirm if the problem is with QuickBooks or the printer settings. If needed, reinstall the printer driver from the Dymo website to reset configurations.
