Join nowHello, is anyone having trouble locating the "Magento Connector"?
I am trying to following the instructions here : https://quickbooks.intuit.com/learn-support/en-us/help-article/install-products/connect-magento/L41M...
but the magento connector link seems broken : https://quickbooks.intuit.com/app/apps/appdetails/quickbooks_online_with_magento/en-us/?queryID=400c...
how do I get Magento Connector app on QB?
I understand the importance of connecting Magento with QuickBooks Online (QBO). I'm here to share insights about this.
The Magento Connector app is no longer available, which is why the link is broken. QuickBooks Connector only supports integration with Magento version 2.0. As a workaround, you can install our Magento plugin to connect QuickBooks Connector to your 2.0 site.
You can check this article for the step-by-step process on how to connect Magento with your QuickBooks: Integrate Magento with QBO.
If you want to know what apps are supported by Intuit and how to get support when needed, you can read and review this article: Apps that work with QuickBooks Online.
Feel free to let us know if you have further concerns about managing your third-party applications in QBO. We'll be more than happy to help you anytime. Have a good one!
You can use a 3rd party inventory management app as the connector.
Sorry, but your message does not make sense. You meantion that the Magento Connector is discontinued... and then you point me to the same help article that needs me to installed Magento Connector!
I have installed the QB Connector Plugin on my Magento2 website. Now, I need to connect it to my QB online account...
Are you saying that I will have to buy some 3rd party connector to do this?
Let me shed some light on connecting the Magento connector to your QuickBooks Online (QBO), @hetul.
You’re correct that a third-party application will need to get your Magento Connector in QBO. This has been required as QuickBooks no longer supports a direct connection from our app store with the application.
Since we cannot provide a specific application for your use, I recommend browsing through our QuickBooks App Store. You can also directly enter the name of an app if you have it in mind to start integrating it.
Moreover, you can begin following the on-screen instructions to connect this app to your QBO. For further guidelines with the integration, you may reach out to third-party app support.
