Hi, @coen_2873.
I understand the significance of relying on reliable software like QuickBooks for smooth business operations. It can be worrisome when you come across issues or disruptions that affect its functionality. As of now, we haven't received any reports indicating an outage or widespread problems with QuickBooks.
If you're experiencing issues with QuickBooks functionalities, it's possible that the problem lies with the browser's cached files. To troubleshoot and resolve this, you can try performing some troubleshooting steps.
To begin troubleshooting, try opening your QuickBooks Online account in a private or incognito window for testing purposes. This can help determine if the issue is related to browser settings or cached data. Here are some shortcut keys you can use for quick navigation:
After logging in, attempt to open the file again. If you're successful in doing so, return to your main browser and clear its cache. This action can improve the performance of the program. Alternatively, you can also try using other supported browsers as an alternative solution.
If the issue still persists, kindly contact our live support to be able to help you since they have all the tools for troubleshooting.
Please keep in mind that our forum page and this thread are both open for any additional questions or concerns. Take care always!
You mention "nothing has been reported". How do you report an issue when program keeps crashing? Often there's a glitch getting it open in Chrome, but it works in Firefox. This goes away, so likely not my cache files.
Often the error message indicates "we are working on it", which makes it seems like you know about it, which then makes if seem like you're lying when you say there's no issues today.
I appreciate you for bringing this to our attention, @Kzab.
I know how challenging it is not to be able to sign in to your QuickBooks Online (QBO). I'd be happy to assist you in resolving the issue so that you can gain access to your account.
To begin, ensure that your device or computer meets the requirements to run QuickBooks Online, including the connection speed. QBO also supports the current version and two previous versions of the browser but may not support older versions.
Note: Internet Explorer is no longer a supported browser.
These are the following browsers that are supported on both web and mobile devices:
