Join nowYes we are having an issue with the quick books warehouse manager in quickbooks desktop mobile. The weights and dimensions are not coming through. We sat on the phone several times with customer support but I don't think they understand how the system works. They must be a third party. But we purchased this version to be able to get information about picked orders from the warehouse. It worked great until about a month ago. We have been trying to resolve it ever since. The issue is that when the warehouse puts in weights and dimensions that information is not sent to the main workstation.
It is showing items picked but no other information is being sent from the table. We are using Android lenovo tablets. We constantly keep both tablet and app updated. We are on quick book 2023. Let us know what other information you would need to help us with this. I have a list of how the issue works below as well as images showing flow. We currently have to manually write down this information and give it to the accountant to manually enter into quick books. The only reason we purchased the Enterprise edition was for this feature. Please help us resolve this issue as soon as possible.
1: Orders are sent to tablet ad received as normal
2: Warehouse is able to pick and update that to quick books
3: When warehouse clicks on add package it goes to notes and dimensions page on tablet
4: Warehouse enters weights and dimensions and clicks order done
5: It updates that package has been created in quick books
6: None of the information filled out on weights and dimension tablet pages gets sent to quick books
7: In quick books there used to be an edit button at bottom of pick and pack page to see information it appears of and on randomly
8: Randomly it will show weights and dimensions but then immediately disappear from order.
