Can the "Solved" tag please be removed from this thread? It's clearly not solved.

Following. It’s not solved for my client either.
QBs is not taking blame at this point. They want you to go directly to the 3rd party developer now:

I cant invoice my customers! HELP!
I spent several hours over multiple days from July 14 thru July 17 trying to fix this same issue. Multiple calls to tech support - first QuickBooks Time support, then QuickBooks Enterprise support, then back to QuickBooks Time support - each saying it was the other teams' issue to resolve. We finally were able to "fix" the problem. I have been able to download times since then thru August 10. Today, when I attempted to a new sync it's connection errors again. After getting the "Revoked Certificate Issue," I followed the troubleshooting steps listed in these threads - update QB2023, download new WebConnector.exe file, etc. Now I cannot get a response from the QB WebConnector at all. I am really not looking forward to more hours on the phone with Tech Support for an obvious global issue. Sadly, with each "improvement" QuickBooks makes, the software issues get worse! Since Intuit bought the Time Clock app, they have not only renamed it multiple times, they have also made the app less user friendly - and oh yeah, are now going to start soliciting employees who login to the time app - And... by the way - apparently, they still consider it a "third party app!" This issue needs to be resolved!
Unfortunately tech support goes through the same steps with all of us. It resolves the certificate issue, but not the most important issue, the web connector. They honestly do not have an answer is what I was told yesterday. They said Engineering is working on it but they have no answers. I am sure many others had payroll this week as well and entering over 100 employees manually was a nightmare.
I manually export Tsheets detail to excel, use excel formula to change the over time, double time to an equivalent regular time amount, use pivot to summerize employees' hours for each job, manually enter it in QB so the payroll for Fri can be done. IT is ANNOYING but at least I get it done. The customer service at QB are just customer service, they won't be able to fix this problem. My suggestion is to find a solution to manually enter data in QB to get job done before the Sync function is back.
Same problem here. The new .EXE file is not even loading
Although I appreciate your ingenuity, it defeats the purpose of having an app by Intuit that is supposed to sync to an Intuit software, i.e., QuickBooks, when you have to manually enter the time. I, like many others have used this once useful tool for not only payroll but also billing my customers. Trust me, if I have to go back to manually entering my info, I will stop using the recently changed "Workforce" app and find a better solution. I fully realize the folks answering phones are only reading from scripts given to them, that it is the IT Department that needs to be getting the job done. But the IT Department can only do what management allows them to do.
I’m using QuickBooks Desktop 23. With the recent update R6_8, my issue has been solved. I needed to grant permission for QBWC to access the company file with admin single user mode later.
I'm using QuickBooks Premier 2020 and was able to fix the issue after so much time using QBWC version 2.3.0.215. All four integrated apps are back working.
INTUIT!!!
YOU GUYS NEED TO PROVIDE THE REASON FOR THE OUTAGE. ALL YOUR CUSTOMERS DESERVE AN ANSWER ON WHAT WENT WRONG, HOW THIS HAPPENED, AND HOW THIS CAN BE PREVENTED FROM HAPPENING AGAIN.
YOU GUYS NEED TO PUBLISH YOUR EXPLANATION. DON'T JUST SAY IT'S BECAUSE OF AN EXPIRED CERTIFICATE.
@telligens is using QuickBooks Premier 2020 and was able to fix the issue using QBWC version 2.3.0.215. Try to reinstall QBWC on your machine with the same release version. Another option, install the trial version for QBD 2021. If it works, you can find to use the one time license for QBD 2021 later.
Which QB Desktop year version do you run?

As of this morning, 8/25/23 at 8:14AM EST I still cannot update my QB from my Intuit POS. I've requested call backs 3 times from QB to no avail...I've chatted with QB and they walked me through "fixing it". But of course it didn't work. I need this fixed today! I can't bill my customers, make deposits...nothing!
I'm using QB desktop 2023 -- late yesterday afternoon this was still not working. This morning it works. I didn't do anything new, and I didn't get any QB patches/updates so someone must have fixed the certificate. I am subscribed to updates on this topic, and there were NONE!
It would have been nice for Intuit and/or Avalara to notify customers who have opened cases about this problem that it has been fixed!!!!!!
I as well got up early to see what I can do to get our system going, and to my disbelief, everything was working like nothing ever happened. We found this about the certificates.
23,000 Symantec certificates revoked following leak of private keys.
The same thing happened to me. I came in the office today and QB was working. Last night when I left I was still getting the Revoke Certificate. Not sure whats going on.
Same here . !! Since this morning it is working again !
@Bill1626 Are you referring to an incident which took place in 2018?
Yes, I just saw the date in that article. I'm just glad that we are back up!
I received an update to Quickbooks this morning that I installed. However now I am getting a new problem and was told to contact Intuit Field Service Management, currently waiting on a call back from them!!!!
Whatever update was pushed out this morning has fixed the situation for us. Hopefully that worked for you all as well. Thanks everybody!
Quickbooks Enterprise 2023
I just managed to succeed in REINSTALLING the Web Connector file *.QWC without REVOKED.
Steps:
1. Reset QB Updates, install, restart QB, make sure they're installed.
2. Kill all processes in Task Manager for Quickbooks, including SQL Anywhere.
3. Run QB AS ADMINISTRATOR
4. Run Web Connector AS ADMINISTRATOR
5. Install QWC.
You may need to clear the registry entries if you had existing QWC files in Web Connector previously.
