In QuickBooks Online (QBO), you can attach snap receipts to invoices without re-downloading them to save time. I'll guide you through the process with the steps below:
- Go to the Gear icon.
- Under Lists, select Attachments.
- Choose the receipt you want to attach to an invoice.
- Click the dropdown arrow beside the Download option.
- Select Create invoice.
- Fill out the necessary information.
- Hit Save or Review and send.
Moreover, you can also bulk-download captured receipts and send them individually to your clients via their business email. Here's how:
- Click the Gear icon.
- Navigate to Lists, select Attachments.
- Tick the checkboxes for the receipts you want to export.
- Select the Batch actions dropdown.
- Hit Export.
Once done, open the ZIP file downloaded to your computer to get a folder with all your selected receipts.
