We appreciate you getting back to this thread, 0t4c.

As my colleague mentioned, the Desktop View flowchart has already been removed, and we recommend exploring the updated workflow available in the new interface.

On that note, we can add the Bank Deposit option to your favorite shortcuts in the dashboard of the new interface.

Here’s how:

  1. In the Choose Your Favorite Shortcuts, click Customize Now.

  2. Under Create Actions, select all your preferred options, including Add Bank Deposit.

  3. Click Save.

Once saved, the shortcut will appear in your dashboard, allowing you to access it directly without needing to navigate through +Create.

I totally understand why you are looking for that old homepage, Ot4c. The reason you can't find it is that the latest update permanently removed the Desktop View flowchart button for most users.

This change is part of the transition to the new Fusion platform. This new platform is Intuit's integrated, all-in-one system designed for enhanced usability.

So, moving forward, everyone will be navigating using that modern, integrated Fusion interface. This new layout absolutely simplifies your core features.

To see how everything works, explore QuickBooks on the Intuit Platform. It will give you a visual guide to the Fusion features and the new workflow.

We are here to help you adjust to this new experience, so please reach out immediately if you have any questions about the Fusion platform or the transition.

In the new interface, I have created "Bookmarks" for the pages/task I do frequently. But now, where is the page to create bank deposits? That used to be on the "desktop view flowchart" or I could hit the Plus sign (+) to select New and Bank deposit. I cannot find either

Thanks

Thanks for your reply. But now with the flowchart missing, I cannot find the page for Bank Deposits. And an alternative was to hit the + sign and select new bank deposit. Where is it now?

Thanks

Thank you for the solution. But note that on my "Dashboard" the link is called "Create Actions" not "Choose Your Favortie Shortcuts". This is one of the huge issues with QBO...it is constantly changing without any notice as to the changes.
