Join nowDoes anyone know a way to import batch transactions into QBO that includes the attachment(s) instead of uploading each attachment individually?
What kind of transactions do you need to import? Bills or else?
Mainly bills.
You can signup for a free Melio account to integrate with QBO. Forward your historical bills with attachment to a Gmail account and sync it with Melio. For future bills, you can create a Pay inbox email looks like this: [business name _4 random numbers]@invoicesmelio.com and you will ask your vendors/contractors to send their invoices directly to that email address. You can find the details in Help section.

You can also get a cashback to pay the first bill.

I've read your post regarding batch transaction attachments in QuickBooks Online (QBO), @PurinityFinancial. I can provide you with some information regarding your concern.
With QuickBooks Online we can import, Bank Information, Customers, Vendors, Charts of Accounts, Products and Services, and Invoices. It's unreal to expect to import bills with attachments. Only append can be done physically. To import and include attachments, I profoundly propose getting a third-party app that is viable with QBO while bringing in batches.
You can learn more details about importing data to QuickBooks Online. You can check out this article: Importing data to QuickBooks Online.
I likewise have a few added attachments to customer and vendor profiles, as well as their transactions: Add or delete attachments in QuickBooks Online.
In the meantime, please feel free to ask any questions you have about import transactions and bills. Just comment below, and I will answer it directly.
Is Bill Pay by Melio going away and being replaced with QuickBooks Bill Pay?
What third-party app would you recommend?
Is Bill Pay by Melio going away and being replaced with QuickBooks Bill Pay?
They have replaced BillPay powered by Melio but you can still signup as a stand-alone app to integrate with QBO as I mentioned earlier. It means you can sync Gmail <> Melio <> QBO as a workaround.
