Is anyone else unable to unsubscribe from the barrage of loan offers from Quickbooks? I've clicked unsubscribe on every one but they just keep coming. I've marked them as spam for not honoring the unsubscribe and reported them to my isp but I'm not sure what else to do. I'm considering cancelling all of my services as a result.

Clicking on the unsubscribe in the email suggests you unsubscribe from Offers and Discounts. I've done that. There are several other categories on the page you suggested that sound similar so I'll turn them all off but the email footer link should use the correct category.
As far as reporting this bug, that's not really my job. I have enough work to do on my own business. I'll just keep reporting the CAN SPAM violations until someone notices.
