Let me share the steps to show the Item details section in your Bills window, @lambrock. That way, your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account can now include a Product/Service table in expense and purchase forms.
You might forget to turn on the Show Items table on expense and purchase forms in the Account and settings. Here's how:
- Go to the Gear icon and select Account and settings.
- Choose Expenses, then go to the Bills and expenses section.
- Turn on the Show Items table on expense and purchase forms.
- Click Save, then Done.
If the same issue persists, let's perform if it's browser-related by logging in to your QBO account through a private window. This procedure can help remove any cache-related issues that may have caused this behavior. You can save time by using either of the following keyboard shortcuts:
- Google Chrome: Press Ctrl+ Shift + N
- Safari: Press Command + Shift + N
- Mozilla Firefox: Press Ctrl+ Shift + P
If the Item detail section is visible, you can clear your regular browser's cache to refresh the background processes. If this still happens, I recommend using a different browser and device.
