2016 Premier Desktop Direct Deposit Payroll

I normally use QB Online but I'm having to use Desktop Premier this week.  I'm receiving a message telling me that I have payroll checks to send after processing this week's payroll.  These would be the direct deposit payroll checks.  How do I send direct deposit checks using premier desktop?  I was able to make the IRS tax deposit.

2016 Premier Desktop Direct Deposit Payroll

You have me to guide you with sending the direct deposit checks, Lauralie.

 

Just follow these steps:

  1. Go to Employees.
  2. Select Send Payroll Data.
  3. Review the items to send in the Send/Receive Payroll Data window.
  4. Click Send All.
  5. Enter the direct deposit PIN, then click OK.
  6. Click Close.

After the payroll is sent, a confirmation receipt is available in the Items Received window.
