2018 NYS-45 form

Is anyone having problems with a NYS-45 form? For the forth quarter of 2018

The terminated employees are not being printed. HELP soon! please.

I can help you check why they're not showing in the form, micro6671.

 

I've replicated your concern. The terminated employees will still show. Provided that you've created paychecks for them on the selected period. 

 

You can check if you've created paychecks for the last quarter. Here's how:

  1. Click Workers, then go to Employees.
  2. Click the Active employees drop-down arrow, then choose Inactive employees.
  3. Choose the terminated employee, then click to open the profile.
  4. Go to the Paycheck list tab, then filter the date to Last quarter (Oct-Dec).
